At 54+Pine, we want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

• Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

• Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

• Proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.

• Sale, clearance, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

• Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges:

• If you need a different size or item, please reach out to us for an exchange.

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.

• If the desired item is unavailable, we can issue store credit or a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

• We will gladly provide a replacement or full refund.
